My favorite programs to earn a few more cents, when doing ordinary things like searching the internet or online shopping. (NONE of these are time-consuming like internet surveys!)
I’ve listed the programs in alphabetical order:
Ebates — a cashback program where you get back a % of what you spend on partner retailers’ websites. You get $5 back after your first purchase. An account balance of $5 is needed to cash out, but the cash-back adds up very quickly — find out more about my experiences here.
Swagbucks — you earn virtual dollars (Swagbucks) for running internet searches. It’s not the greatest search engine ever, but I win a fair number of Swagbucks while doing easy searches for things like “facebook” instead of typing in the URL. I’ve gotten over $70 dollars in Amazon gift cards ($5 Amazon gift card for 45 swagbucks) this way. Swagbucks has become much less lucrative, boo! Not worth our time, in my humble opinion…
YouData — The concept behind YouData is that manufacturers offer to pay you for viewing an advertisement and visiting their site, which are usually pretty interesting. You can read my full review here.
